Primary gearing Malossi for APRILIA-GILERA-PIAGGIO(15/38 cogs)
New cylinder, carburator, reed, crankshaft and… something is missing. Acceleration gets increased, but high speed does not reach the standards it should. That is -mostly- because the original transmission cannot deliver the engine's power, especially on high rpms. That is where the Malossi gearing aims. They deliver same power and velocity in lower rpms and they are "longer". Any loss of acceleration can be regained by adjusting the variator or its rollers to the right weight. Get your scooter's power from the crankshaft to the wheel!!!
